Sex offender registers new address in Jamestown

JAMESTOWN — The Jamestown Police Department announced that a sex offender has registered a new address in Jamestown. Michael Martin Brewer, 34, lives at 455 2nd St. SW, the department said. Michael Brewer Contributed / Jamestown Police Department Brewer is 6 feet tall, weights 260 pounds and has brown eyes and brown hair. He does not drive a vehicle. The North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee has determined Brewer to be a high-risk offender. Brewer was convicted of sexual contact with a minor involving a 13-year-old girl in 2009 in Fall River Juvenile Court in South Dakota, corruption/solicitation of a minor involving a 17-year-old girl in May 2014 in Burleigh County District Court in North Dakota, corruption/solicitation of a minor involving a 17-year-old girl in July 2014 in Burleigh County District Court and two counts of gross sexual imposition involving two 11-year-old girls in 2016 in Burleigh County District Court.
